Marco Aigner

Marco Aigner is an associate at Greenlake Legal.

He specialises in financial transactions as well as M&A transactions and general corporate law.

He brings valuable experience from his previous role as an associate in the corporate/M&A department of a renowned Austrian law firm where he regularly assisted on corporate transactions, financial restructurings and distressed debt transactions. Having previously worked as a legal assistant at reputable law firms in Austria during his studies, Marco developed a strong practical foundation already early in his career.

He holds a master’s degree in business law (LL.M.) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). In addition, he is currently completing a postgraduate master of law (LL.M.) in Real Estate and Residential Property Law at the University of Vienna Postgraduate Center.
