We previously structured and implemented a multi-currency cash pool and trade services agreement for the client in more than 10 jurisdictions.
The clear and easy structure of that agreement helped when implementing the USD cash pool. The transaction was still quite complex due to the large number of jurisdictions and law firms involved and the different local law requirements that needed to be coordinated carefully and thoughtfully.
The transaction involved legal advice for Austria, Malaysia, Poland, Singapore and the USA.
